Pre-Order Policies

By purchasing an item with a description of PRE-ORDER in the title, you are purchasing a reserve copy of a product that has not yet been released. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control. Please note that cancelled Pre-orders are subject to 10% restocking fee.

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order. Should you wish to receive "In-stock" items early, please contact us via e-mail, however additional shipping label purchase will be required.
