1. Orders

All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Product listings are accurate to the best of our knowledge, including language, edition, and condition.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected scalping, abuse, or system errors).
2. Payments

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase; we do not hold or reserve items without full payment.

Prices are listed in Canadian currency, and applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
3. Shipping & Handling

Orders are typically subject to handling time of 1-3 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Possible delays include but are not limited to weather, customs, holidays, product demand or human error.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for shipping issues.

For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation or use tracked/insured shipping methods for added protection.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with pull rates, buyer’s remorse, or changes in market value.

If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed, except in the rare event of product cancellation by the distributor.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Minor cosmetic damage to the sealed products (e.g., dents, rips, tears or creases to sealed boxes) that does not affect the Trading Card Game's playability does not qualify for a refund or return.
- Rairai Hobby Shop will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards, printing errors or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box.
6. Product Authenticity

We only sell 100% authentic products sourced from trusted distributors and suppliers.

We do not sell resealed, tampered, or counterfeit items.
7. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

Multiple order cancellations, chargebacks, or suspected manipulation may result in account suspension.
